In the U.S.A / Canada we ship with USPS priority mail from Miami FL 33317. Estimated delivery time 3-5 business days. *Canada may apply additional customs delays.

In the EU & UK we use Postnord Sent Directly from Skåne 236 36. Estimated delivery time 4-6 business days. *The UK may apply additional customs delays.

Chilote Shoes does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

As soon as your order is shipped from us, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information, including tracking number of your parcel and a link from the carrier’s web page so you can follow up the process.
